Return Process

  Log into your Sensibleon account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to clear all personal data and securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
